Moving or traveling with your pet? We’ll take care of exams and paperwork for domestic travel, unfortunately we currently do not offer international health certificates but can provide the necessary resources you’ll need to get your pet to your destination safely.

Nutritional Counseling For Pets

Does your pet need to lose a few pounds? We’d love to help coordinate a custom diet solution or exercise program to get your pet back in shape! We are well-versed in the wide spectrums of current pet food options and are here to help determine the best choices for you and your pet.

Diagnostics & Imaging

We utilize a combination of in-house and referral lab services in order to provide the most accurate and timely results needed for each case. For immediate results, we provide laboratory services, advanced digital radiology and ultrasound scans on-site.

End-of-Life Care

We approach end-of-life care with compassion and warmth to make the experience as comfortable as possible for both you and your pet. We offer on-site euthanasia for all clients and, at-home euthanasia for Civita Community members.
