Southpaw Vet is looking for motivated and engaging client service representatives to join our front house staff. In the veterinary world, you’re much more than a “receptionist,” you’re the first point of contact for the majority of our clients and you are the face of our practice. At Southpaw, our CSR’s are happy, clear communicators that enjoy engaging with the public and educating our clients. You’ll also have many administrative duties in helping maintain medical records, manage the schedule of daily appointments, all while providing a high level of hospitality.

The Gig

  • Interact with clients in-person, on the phone, via email and text message.

  • Utilize technology to ease communication and enhance workflow.

  • Work with the team to ensure clients remain connected to their pets while under our care.

  • Showcase your excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Provide a high attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or client facing receptionist positions is preferred but not required.
