Please fill out the below form for all in-house and written prescription refill requests. Please allow up to 24 hours for refills to be processed.

Additional Information

At Southpaw Vet we do not approve prescriptions for other pharmacies outside of Vetsource and Chewy.com. Additionally, due to the high volume and long wait times, we unable to call in prescriptions to pharmacies. To take a prescription to an outside pharmacy please fill out the refill request form above and a written prescription will be available within 24 hours for you to pick up and take to any pharmacy of your choice.
